...from me where I'll show you a cuple of new magnolia DT cards..
Didn't use to much decorations on this card, cause with the different patterned papers I was affraid it would look cluttered.. Think it turned out allright! :)
The image is coloured with distress ink refills as usual :)
I think this stamp is so cute, and the combination between purple and green just says "summer" to me :)

Made this card last weekend! Spent saturday with many lovely scrapping ladies :) Again a big thanks to Marina for borrowing me the Whipper Snapper stamp! :)
Hi everyone..I just wanted to share something from my life to explane why I haven't been such an active blogger/scrapper lately.. My boyfriend and best friend of almost 6 years has decided to move out, and there are alot of things that I need to take care of.. Both need to take some time to sort trough my feelings as well as figuring out the echonomic aspect.. We've been together for so long, and since I was so young, that I don't really know who I am without him, and when all my plans for the future changed so suddenly it's alot to take in.. I'm spending some time at my parents house so that I won't have to be alone, cause the thought of spending time in the appartment that we fixed up together is to much right now..I don't want you to feel sorry for me, just wanted to explane..!Thank you for all the lovely comments you leave for me, and I'm sorry that I havent taken the time to comment on your work lately!
Anita Thorsen is this weeks guest designer, and I really thing you should take a look in her blog. She is amazingly talented and shares her gorgeous cards and LO's for us to get inspiered ;)She wanted us to make our own design paper, and I chose to use Heidi Swapp masks. Love this pattern.. So summery and pretty!! I've used pink acryllic paint, and twinkeled the pattern with stickles and white sugar coating glitter..Since the challenge was to make the papers and my pattern is a bit big I decided to not use to much embellishmets.. Just a simple ribbon and some buttons..
No card from me without a little scentiment ;) Heidi Swapp text stamps punched out with my dearly beloved word window punch..
The card wouldn't photograf that well, because I basically soaked the patterned paper with pearly Glimmer mist.. This shows the real colour, and maybe even some of the pretty shimmering effect ;)
Soo.. here it comes.. most of you have probably allready heard that "my" camera has been taking pictures in Finmark instead of spending precious time here with me ;) I made this for a birthday between christmas and new year :) Just love this little birdie!!!
Satin ribbon, Kaiser craft pearls, the letters are from a Fiskars alphabet stamp set, and the papers are from Making memories "rouge and mocha" 6x6 paperpad..
